Fallout 2 Highwayman

The famous Highwayman from Fallout 2. I decided to not make it look entirely the same as the original sprite, but instead make it feel more realistic. Aircon on the roof since “Patrolling the Mojave makes you wish for a nuclear winter”. Please don’t kill me for that terrible joke.
